    Target Cuts Outside Firms With Diversity Lens, Legal Chief Says

    Target Corp. plans to lower the number of outside law firms it uses and will examine efficiency, diversity, and risk tolerance in deciding which ones to cut, said Don Liu, the company’s chief legal and risk officer.     Every law firm has them. Ambitious, innovative and tech-savvy young people with lots of good ideas on how to optimize the legal business with new delivery models and inventive new tools.     Stein Mart buyer opens New York clothing firm’s only pop-up store at Town Center | Jax Daily Record | Jacksonville Daily Record

    BCI Brands, which comprises women’s clothing lines that include Vince Camuto and Chaus, will move into the former Versona store space in The Markets at Town Center. The store is called NYC Sample Sale and is a one-of-a-kind for the New York City-based company, with prices up to 80% off.
