    Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance Bill Nunez is stepping down at the end of the calendar year after accepting another position at Texas Christian University.  Nunez worked for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for 18 years, four of those in his current position.     Nov 1 (Reuters) – Goldman Sachs Group Inc (GS.N) has come up with a new offering that allows investors to bet on special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), its latest attempt to capitalize on the dealmaking trend, people familiar with the matter said.     Associated hires executive to lead equipment finance business

    Associated Banc-Corp. has recruited a veteran commercial banker from Wells Fargo to lead its new equipment finance business. The Green Bay, Wisconsin, company named Scott Dienes as president of equipment finance and leasing. In the new role, he will be responsible for the equipment finance team, as well as the unit’s overall strategy. Before joining Associated, Dienes worked at Wells Fargo for 9 years and GE Capital for more than 12 years.
